Terms
Terms of use
These terms cover use of the website and the quote form. They are not a contract of carriage.

The site
The China Shipping website describes freight forwarding from China and lets you send an inquiry. Service descriptions are general. They are not an offer of space on a named vessel, flight, or train, and they are not a statement of a transit time.
A quote is not a booking
Submitting the quote form does not book a shipment, reserve equipment, or create a contract. A quote, when one is sent back, is a proposal for that cargo and that date. It can expire when the carrier’s offer expires. Work starts only when both sides confirm the booking in writing, on the terms stated in that confirmation.
Your details have to be accurate
You are responsible for the description, value, weight, dimensions, packing, and classification of the cargo, including the HS code you confirm. If the documents and the boxes do not match, the forwarder may stop the file until they do. Dangerous goods and restricted commodities must be declared before booking. The site is not a place to upload identity documents.
No promise of space or timing
Nothing on the home page or the services page is a warranty that a lane will be open, that a rate will hold, or that cargo will arrive on a particular day. Carriers change schedules. The coordinator’s job is to tell you when the plan you discussed has changed.
Liability for the website
The pages are information. They are not legal, tax, or customs advice. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for decisions you make from the general descriptions alone. A shipment that is actually booked is governed by the booking confirmation and the carrier’s terms, not by this page.
Changes
These terms can be updated by publishing a new version on this page. The version you see when you submit a form is the version that applies to that inquiry. Questions about a shipment belong on the quote form or, when one is published, through the details on the contact page.
