This page explains what the quote form collects and what the site does with it.
Who operates the site
This website is operated under the name China Shipping at chinashipping.net. A registered company name is shown here only when it has been published. The contact page lists a phone number, an email address, or a street address only when those details have been published.
What the quote form collects
If you request a freight quote, the form asks for your name, an optional company name, an email address, a phone or WhatsApp number, the origin, the destination, the cargo type, the weight and volume, the shipping mode, and an optional message. It also sends the language of the page you used. You should not include passport numbers, identity-card numbers, or copies of identity documents. Those are not needed to price a shipment.
Why it is collected
The details are used to reply to that inquiry with routing options, and to ask for anything still missing before a quote can be made. They are not sold. The site does not run a public review program, and it does not ask you to post a testimonial.
Email delivery
When email is configured, the inquiry is sent to the operator’s mailbox through Cloudflare Email, from an address at chinashipping.net. The customer’s email address is used as the reply-to address. If email is not configured, the form can still accept the request and will say so on the confirmation page. In that case the message is not delivered to a mailbox.
Spam checks
The form includes a hidden field that people are not asked to fill. If that field is filled, the submission is discarded. When a Cloudflare Turnstile site key and secret are configured, the form also asks you to complete that check, and the server verifies the token with Cloudflare. If Turnstile is not configured, the check is not shown and is not required.
How long it is kept
A valid inquiry is stored in a Cloudflare database before the email is sent. The stored row includes the form fields, the page language, the time, the country code reported by the network, the browser’s user agent, the Turnstile result, and whether the email was sent. A failed or unconfigured send remains in that database. The site does not keep a separate marketing list.
Cookies and hosting
A color theme you choose is saved in this browser so the next visit can use the same theme. The pages are static files. The site does not set an analytics cookie and does not embed advertising. Cloudflare, which hosts the site and may provide Turnstile, processes the connection as part of delivering the page and, when enabled, the spam check. That processing is covered by Cloudflare’s own terms with the site operator.
